Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Chi'llywood, including accounts, Profiles, Channels, creator uploads, Watch-Party, Live Stage, Chi'lly Chat, Premium access, reports, copyright, sponsorships, and future creator monetization.

1. Who Can Use Chi'llywood

Chi'llywood's current launch posture is 18+. You may use Chi'llywood only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

You may not use Chi'llywood if:

• you are under 18;
• you are barred from using the service under applicable law;
• Chi'llywood previously suspended, terminated, or banned your account and did not give you written permission to return;
• you provide false account information or use another person's account without permission.

You must give accurate account information and keep your account information reasonably current.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Do not sell accounts, rent accounts, share credentials for abuse, evade bans, impersonate someone else, or let another person use your account to break Chi'llywood rules.

Chi'llywood may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, Creator Rules, Copyright Policy, safety rules, payment rules, or applicable law.

3. Your Content Belongs To You

You keep ownership of the content you upload, stream, post, comment, message, link, attach, or otherwise provide through Chi'llywood. You do not transfer ownership to Chi'llywood by using the service.

When you submit content to Chi'llywood, you grant Chi'llywood a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, process, stream, perform, display, distribute, preview, promote, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service.

This license lets Chi'llywood run Profiles, Channels, creator uploads, Player, Watch-Party, Live Stage, Chi'lly Chat, comments, files, links, previews, public discovery, Premium gates, support, reporting, copyright review, moderation, fraud review, safety tooling, backups, and technical operations.

The license may continue after deletion where needed for backups, legal compliance, safety, copyright, fraud, chargebacks, disputes, moderation records, already-shared content, technical integrity, or other lawful operational reasons.

4. Rights You Must Have

You are responsible for everything you upload or stream. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions needed for your content.

This includes rights for:

• videos, clips, movies, shows, streams, replays, and broadcasts;
• music, sound recordings, beats, samples, and performances;
• images, thumbnails, artwork, logos, names, brands, and likenesses;
• files, links, comments, posts, messages, and attachments;
• people who appear in your content where permission or a release is required;
• paid promotions, gifted products, affiliate links, or sponsored material.

Upload success, playback success, Watch-Party creation, Live Stage access, public visibility, or moderator delay does not mean content is legally cleared.

5. Platform Rights

Chi'llywood may remove, hide, restrict, label, age-gate, demonetize, disable, block, or reduce distribution of content or accounts when needed for safety, rights, copyright, law, fraud, spam, payment-provider rules, chargebacks, platform integrity, technical stability, or policy enforcement.

Chi'llywood may preserve records when needed for legal, safety, copyright, abuse, fraud, chargeback, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, moderation, audit, or security reasons.

Chi'llywood may also disable rooms, uploads, comments, messaging, live access, Premium access, or creator features for safety, copyright, capacity, fraud, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use Chi'llywood for:

• illegal activity;
• harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, doxxing, coercion, or intimidation;
• hate, dehumanization, or attacks based on protected characteristics;
• child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any minor-safety violation;
• non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, sextortion, or deepfake sexual abuse;
• fraud, scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake Premium offers, fake sponsorships, or chargeback abuse;
• malware, credential theft, harmful files, deceptive links, or security attacks;
• spam, bots, fake engagement, fake followers, fake views, scraping, or platform manipulation;
• impersonation, fake official status, misleading affiliations, or account selling;
• copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights violations;
• unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, botting, API abuse, credential theft, or attempts to access private systems;
• evasion of bans, account restrictions, Premium gates, safety systems, copyright actions, or moderation decisions.

7. Live, Watch-Party, Chat, And Video Features

You are responsible for your live broadcasts, Watch-Party behavior, chat messages, comments, files, links, and room activity.

Live rooms and Watch-Party rooms may be moderated, ended, restricted, disabled, reviewed, or made unavailable for safety, copyright, capacity, fraud, rights, technical, Premium, or operational reasons. Chi'llywood does not guarantee that any room, stream, replay, chat, or uploaded video will remain available.

Do not stream stolen broadcasts, unauthorized movies, unauthorized clips, unauthorized music, private content, or content that violates law or policy.

8. Premium, Subscriptions, And Refunds

Premium access depends on the app-store, RevenueCat, or other approved billing and entitlement setup that is actually active for the release.

If you buy Premium through Google Play, Apple, or another app store, that store controls charges, renewals, cancellations, refund handling, subscription management, and store account rules unless Chi'llywood directly sells the product. Chi'llywood does not promise refunds beyond applicable law and store policies.

Premium access may stop after cancellation, expiration, refund, chargeback, payment failure, revocation, fraud review, policy violation, or entitlement-provider error.

Free trials or promotions, if used, must clearly disclose price, renewal, cancellation, and eligibility terms before launch.

9. Creator Monetization And Payouts

Creator payouts, tips, paid content, sponsorship payments, revenue share, and cash-out features are not active unless Chi'llywood explicitly enables them in a proved release.

Where monetization or payouts are enabled, eligibility may require good account standing, identity verification, KYC, tax forms, a valid payment account, supported country, minimum payout threshold, payment-provider approval, rights clearance, fraud review, and compliance checks.

To the extent allowed by law and payment-provider rules, Chi'llywood may delay, reverse, withhold, or forfeit payouts, credits, or monetization for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, illegal conduct, rights disputes, copyright claims, sanctions, account compromise, fake engagement, sponsorship fraud, policy violations, or provider requirements.

Chi'llywood does not guarantee earnings, audience size, distribution, sponsor deals, payout availability, or future monetization access.

10. Sponsorships, Ads, And Paid Promotions

Creators must clearly disclose paid promotions, sponsorships, gifted products, affiliate links, discounted products, paid reviews, or other material connections. The disclosure must be hard to miss and close to the endorsement.

Chi'llywood may label, remove, restrict, demonetize, or suspend undisclosed, deceptive, unsafe, illegal, or misleading sponsored content.

11. Service Availability

Chi'llywood is provided "as is" and "as available." Chi'llywood does not guarantee uptime, storage, playback, uninterrupted live video, room availability, message delivery, audience reach, creator growth, Premium availability, earnings, sponsor availability, payout timing, or any specific result.

Features may be changed, paused, removed, limited, region-specific, account-specific, device-specific, or subject to staged rollout.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chi'llywood and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, audience, earnings, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.

13. Indemnity

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chi'llywood and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your rights violations, your fraud, your misuse of the service, your sponsorship or monetization activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.

14. Disputes

The governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, informal resolution process, consumer-law exceptions, and jurisdiction language have not been finalized in repo truth.
