Refunds And Subscriptions

How Premium subscription charges, cancellations, refunds, trials, and access changes are handled.

Premium Subscriptions

Chi'llywood Premium may be sold through Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or another approved billing provider where configured. The repo currently treats RevenueCat as Premium entitlement truth, but the Android production public SDK key and real Google Play purchase/restore proof remain external setup blockers.

Charges, Renewals, And Cancellations

If purchased through an app store, the store controls subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, billing account rules, and subscription management.

Users should manage or cancel store subscriptions through the store account used for purchase unless Chi'llywood directly sells the product in a separately approved flow.

Refunds

Chi'llywood does not guarantee refunds beyond applicable law and the policies of the store or provider that processed the purchase.

If Google Play or Apple processed the purchase, refund requests may need to go through that store. If Chi'llywood directly sells a product in the future, the direct-sale refund terms must be published before that product launches.

Access Changes

Premium access may end after:

  • cancellation;
  • expiration;
  • refund;
  • chargeback;
  • payment failure;
  • entitlement revocation;
  • fraud review;
  • account suspension;
  • policy violation;
  • provider error or unsupported region.

Trials And Promotions

Free trials, discounts, promo codes, introductory offers, or bundles must clearly disclose renewal, price, billing date, cancellation steps, eligibility, and access limits before users enroll.

No Earnings Or Uptime Guarantee

Premium does not guarantee creator earnings, audience size, reach, room uptime, uninterrupted video, storage availability, sponsorships, or payout eligibility.
