Community Guidelines

Chi'llywood is a premium social streaming platform for creators and viewers. People should be able to build Profiles, run Channels, upload creator media, watch together, go live, chat, and participate without harassment, stolen content, scams, or unsafe behavior.

Respect And Safety

Treat people like real people. Do not use Chi'llywood to threaten, shame, exploit, stalk, bait, intimidate, or organize abuse against another person.

Harassment And Bullying

Do not target people with repeated unwanted contact, insults, humiliation, brigading, sexual harassment, slurs, threats, doxxing, coercion, or attempts to drive someone off the platform.

Hate And Protected-Class Attacks

Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, mock, exclude, or promote violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, veteran status, immigration status, or similar protected status.

Threats And Violence

Do not post credible threats, incite violence, encourage attacks, glorify terrorism or extremist recruitment, organize violent activity, or share instructions for serious harm.

Self-Harm And Dangerous Behavior

Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, eating-disorder behavior, or risky acts likely to cause serious injury. Supportive discussion is allowed when it is not instructional, celebratory, or exploitative.

Sexual Content, Nudity, And Exploitation

Chi'llywood may restrict or remove sexual content, nudity, explicit conduct, sexual solicitation, sexual exploitation, coerced content, or content that creates safety risk. Non-consensual intimate content is banned.

Minors And Child Safety

Chi'llywood does not allow child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, exploitation, trafficking, or content that endangers minors. Severe child-safety issues may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required.

Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Do not upload, threaten to share, request, trade, or link to intimate content shared without consent. Deepfake or AI-generated sexual abuse is banned.

Doxxing And Privacy Invasion

Do not share private personal information, addresses, phone numbers, financial data, login credentials, private images, private messages, or other information that could expose someone to harm.

Scams, Fraud, And Spam

Do not run scams, fake giveaways, phishing, malware, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fake Premium offers, fake sponsorships, fake official messages, fake follower/view schemes, or coordinated platform manipulation.

Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, creator, brand, organization, official account, moderator, operator, or Chi'llywood representative. Parody or commentary must not confuse users about identity or authority.

Copyright And Trademark

Only upload or stream content you own or have rights to use. Do not upload stolen movies, shows, music, clips, broadcasts, logos, images, files, or creator content. Trademark misuse, fake brand affiliation, and counterfeit promotion are not allowed.

Illegal Goods And Regulated Goods

Do not sell, promote, arrange, or instruct illegal goods or services. Weapons, drugs, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, financial products, medical claims, and other regulated products may be restricted or banned unless clearly allowed by Chi'llywood and applicable law.

Misinformation And Deceptive Manipulation

Do not use edited media, fake context, fake authority, fake metrics, or deceptive claims to manipulate users, hide sponsorships, suppress reports, create panic, or mislead people about safety, identity, rights, money, health, or official platform actions.

Malicious Links And Files

Do not upload or link malware, phishing pages, credential theft, harmful files, tracking traps, or downloads that deceive or harm users.

Live-Room Conduct

Live rooms may move fast. Do not use live video, audio, screen behavior, chat, or room controls for harassment, illegal streams, stolen broadcasts, threats, nudity against policy, doxxing, hate, scams, or dangerous behavior.

Chat, Messages, Comments, And Links

Do not use Chi'lly Chat, comments, replies, room chat, links, or attachments to abuse people, evade moderation, spread malware, pressure users for private information, sell illegal services, or manipulate platform systems.

Enforcement

Chi'llywood may take no action, warn, label, limit, remove content, disable a room, restrict upload/live/chat/comment access, hold monetization, suspend an account, terminate an account, preserve evidence, or escalate to legal/law enforcement where required.

Appeals

Users may request review of certain moderation decisions through support where supported. Repeat abuse of appeals or reports may limit review options.
